The Hall ownership is a charitable trust and serves as base for the Freemason’s Lodge St John No 84 and hires out the refectory area for the needs of school aged groups at reduced commercial rates. It is available to other organisations for hire, particularly during the day and weekends. Kitchen facilities, excellent heating and carpark are a bonus.

The near century year old building in good order with well-kept gardens. The hall area space is approximately 70 square metres with a wooden floor, ideal for most purposes.
